The technical successes of modern architectural practice open up huge opportunities for creativity, which poses not only new interesting tasks for the church architect and artist, but also creates problems. The old rules and traditions can only be observed by restorers, while new architectural and construction solutions allow the flight of the artist's imagination to change the stable traditional forms of church art. To a large extent, this is due to the lack of theological education among modern church builders, and the lack of theological understanding of creativity at the present stage. This conference is dedicated to reviewing the positions and solving the problems of contemporary church art in the living tradition.
